That aside, with the exception of the lag and subsequent ld's, what a breath of fresh air NF is; seen some wonderful fighting, from all sides - especially around nGed. All credit to the hibbies for fighting so valiantly in their own back yard, with their backs against the walls.

Dark Age of Camelot , name says it all, everyone knows about the great Arthurian Legend who died at Camlann blablabla...I love the story and everything around it myself...heck if not for my cousin it would have been my first choice of realm to start this game with and I would have just been another zergling...everyone wants to fight for the 'good' cause, defend the good and the weak, uphold the law blablabla.... you have to admit its more appealing then being a troll and smack things with a bat mindlessly.

In stories and history Trolls, vikings don't have a good name, they invade, plunder, get drunk alot, beat and rape woman etc...also not very appealing, unless you wanna be bad

7 out of 10 new players in DAoC automatically choose Albion cuz deep inside they always wanted to be a knight and be Arthur and run around in the same mythical realm liek Camelot, Salisbury plains,Stonehenge, mythic made it really like it is irl, everyone wanna fight for Camelot or be like all those stories tell about... some old childs dream even...

Most people that know alb very well and have been there alot and after all this time don't like it anymore can't be arsed to try another realm for the simple reason they cba to lvl a char to 50 anymore , or have too many friends there ... some quit...those who do witch sides nothing but /salute and respect...

Can't complain about nf, maybe we hibs can't hold any relic at nf this way but nf it great to hib rps, yesterday got the same amount rps I used to get in 2 weeks pre-nf.

Well if albs/mids werent aware I guess this detail is interesting.

when relic is taken 5-6fg mids are seen supporting main mid force nearby relic action. While alb zerg almost get scath door down with their usual zerg and nGed still demands attention or be destroyed.

The hib force was barely the first 5-6fg and the first many hours it was even lower.

think nearing evening we were maybe 60-70hibs.

I havnt yet seen either albs or mids do anything impressive on any scale.

why you think we all make 50s than ? 2 go rvr and shoot an arrow ? well tbh i never liked a ranger (no offence 2 tem tbh) but alot of peeps in hib just made a char wich they like not only cous of there range


and for the roleplayin part ? you really think theres still so much pve going cous of constantly mid , alb takin our keeps with numbers we can only horror about atm and still 33% against with 40% of albs hittin hib realm atm over and over ; and off the settling part ? i dont think it wont settle cous of its hey its new part etc

admit it and say fairly mid and alb always worked 2gether and like 2 pick on the smaller realm

3minutes to run to the action only to get zerged by either 200 albs or 100 mids...

Not all albs are invading hib! Now and again you might notice a mid outpost falling into the hands of FC trying to keep fg rvr alive by roaming around the east side of the river in Uppland (coming in via Jamtland mountains) and taking the odd tower .

Had some good fights there so far, around tower 3 of Jamtland is pretty good also), if your a fg and want a (hopefully) challenging fight feel free to come along

and what about the LoD towers we took yesterday :>, to bad we couldn't reach you guys in time.. but i had a shitload of fun yesterday. to bad our lil lvl3 tower with 1.5 fg defending got zerged by 10fgm

Hibs quitting when they start to lose relics, the crying fom hibs is fantastic.

Crist, clueless albie gimp.. you all make me sick. We dont quit becouse we loose our relics.. neither do we use rader like all you retards usually claims as an excuse to being whiped by us. The fun in this game is lost in hibernia duo to the thing that we cannot leave our own frontier in any way without being zerged by 150 albs or mids. This is resulting in massive amount of people quitting the game the last 2 days... N1 GoA!
This is not a whine btw.. I jus think its very sad to see a great game like this being destroyed... I love DAoC, i still do. But i play it duo to the in-game community and friends.. When they all leave the game is nothing but a singleplayer adventure game for me
So if this really is the end, I actually hope mids takes all relics and kick the hell out of albion.. at least someone should get the plesure... so gl to you middies..

We didn't plan any of it, we just noticed that hibs were busy at nGed and Scathaig and went for it. We don't really want the str relic, most of us want the pwr relics, but we needed to practise alittle bit and now we have

As for mids not attacking the albs, its soo not true FoM has been alot in albion grabbing towers etc and soon enough we'll go for some keeps. Albs are attacking alot of tower and keeps in mid aswell. Mainly Nottmoor and Fens towers.

Sadly, I dont think i can make most mids leave hib until we've gotten yer other relic or untill albs have taken it.
