Final Beta news on eu wow site...

1.12 is the latest client, theres also a big patch (50mbish) to take it up to 1.20 then when u login it will patch you to 1.21 which is the client the closed beta people were on and also the one FB will be using.

The login servers just got online in-game for anyone that might care.

The https'es for beta.wow-europe.com etc also report security certificates at this moment, thus I'm guessing it'll be open shortly.

Hehe.. I signed up for the closed beta for fun.. I kind of wanted to check WoW out before retail.. and I got in .. so now I'm almost hooked after playing CB

Some other FoM members are gonna play the beta... but not that many.

Head start? The characters won't carry over, and I've already played alliance a little on US beta. I don't want to ruin any quests

why would you want it to go faster?

wow is supposed to be a whole new game experience it isn't Daoc where you have to get to 50 in the shortest time possible to rvr etc.

Well thats my thought on the matter

and with no battlegrounds/honour system in yet (or are they? ) is there any need to get to 50 in 5days played

im tired - i know that ^ makes little sense hehee
