I found Kill Bill ZzZ, couldnt understand what all the fuss was about. Just pointless violence(i love action movies normaly... when they have a plot to go with it)

I agree i still don't know why people go mental about Kill Bill i thought it was shit it wasn't even funny.

Sin city is a bit hit and miss I guess. I loved it, my girlfriend cant watch more than 5 mins of it.

War of the world, Pearl harbor and crouching tiger, hidden dragon were all overrated imo. I didn't like any of the Matrix movies either.

Napoleon Dynamite was amazing if you get it

Apparently the fact that there's nothing TO get which is what makes it funny.

I felt like a granny watching one of those daft black and white movies with exceptionally morose actors.

Not at all, it was subtle.

My mate absolutely hated it then he watched it again this weekend and now its one his favourite films(yes he is that fickle). It may be hard work first time around, a bit like Sideways, but they need patience.

I'll remember to watch it again when I have insomnia, could possibly assist in forcing me to sleep. :D

Only phone which springs to mind is the Pelican Brief with Julia Roberts. The most tedious pigwank I've ever watched, closely followed by the Shawshank fucking Redemption. But then I liked Sin City an Little Nicky so meh.

Horses for courses innit.

The Princess Diaries 2. First one was bearable but the second was a total pile of gum drops.

Only the lonely (fucking tripe)

The Steve Martin remake of Father of the Bride (never let the chicks choose the film when you are 16)
Blair Witch project was the biggest dissapointment as it was abuot as scary as custard (non shark infested), but i really wish i'd never seen II.....
Matrix II, I loved the first one, but the second was utter balls, never bothered to see the third and thusly have 2 hours more life than all the suckers who did.
Charlie and the Chocolate factory. What's not to love, Tim Burton and Johnny Depp. Well, there is lots not to love because it was a huge stinking pile of monkey jism. It's the only film ever which i would break my not selling CDs, books and DVDs rule for, in fact i'd give it away as it was the filmic equivilent to getting a handjob from your great grandmother.

Superman Returns was a good movie, the problem was however it dragged at the end, making it somewhat boring.

But my recent movie of choice is Epic Movie.

Oh cock I get what you're on about now. I meant film obviously. That's where 8 hours a day selling phones gets me.

ghosts of mars is brilliant, it has mr t's son in it (was half hoping he would say "i aint getting on no train!" but he doesnt unfortunatly as far as i remember),

alot of bad films ive watched through and not found them a waste of time like starship troopers, matrix films but must admit Miami Vice film that came out last year was a complete and utter waste of money (£7.50 to go to the cinema to watch that crap!)

Napoleon Dynamite: Biggest steaming heap of shite i've ever had the displeasure of watching, bang on about it all you like, it's shit and not in the slightest bit funny or entertaining.

Got a couple of mates who think that.

They're both big girls blouses who can't take their beer. Napoleon Dynamite kicks ass! :)

Yeah, I think you are the only one who thinks that about Bladerunner. Philistine. The "8ft John Travolta One" (Battlefield Earth) and Waterworld, were indeed both shit, but unlike most people here I don't think its something worth committing suicide over. The only film I can honestly say I regret watching, and that's purely because after 3 hours I was actually in physical pain from a totally numb arse, was The Thin Red Line. I didn't think it was possible to make a war movie dull (although I've since seen Jarhead so I know its not that difficult).

Thank god someone else felt the same. Me and Kenny were bored stiff by The Thin Red Line. It was tedious, and the flashbacks were saccharine sweet, sentimental paff.

I was also bored by The Shawshank Redemption. I've been told this makes me a pleb, but hey.

I had nothing better to do, as I was on a plane. It was either watch Catwoman, or climb over the sleeping person next to me to have a mile-high wank in the loo :(

  • Nice Girls Don't Explode (although does include the quote, "Women, can't live with em, can't burn em!")
  • Godzilla vs the smog monster (so bad its funny)
  • Plan 9 from Outer Space (Bela Lugosi's last film)
  • Gamsters
  • Dances with wolves
  • Waterworld
  • The Postman
  • The Guardian
Far too many others to name them all.
