I had nothing better to do, as I was on a plane. It was either watch Catwoman, or climb over the sleeping person next to me to have a mile-high wank in the loo :(
yet you picked catwoman?

Dusk Till Dawn is a great flick, I really like Waterworld and the Postman as well But then again I really like Costner and I watched Bodyguard every day for 4 weeks when I was ill. Brave Heart is class as well.

Catwoman is fucking terrible, I also agree with that epic movie bollocks I hear they are making a second one.

it was a 13 hour flight. I'm not as young as I used to be, so wanking from take-off to landing was somewhat out of the question :(

Dusk til dawn started really well and then it went the way of buffy the vampire slayer...

And buffy is sheer tripe as everyone with any sense knows...

The Bodyguard was shite too

Dracula 2000 - agreed, terrible film.
Aeon Flux - terrible.
Dusk till Dawn 2 - The best thing about this was the fact I fell asleep.

Dys for crying out loud, who actually even looked at anything else besides her boobs and arse?

I prefer Alyson Hannigan like but still.

Sarah Michelle Gellars arse and boobs.

Jesus man.

What was that about

Sunshine is a fantastic film. On the surface it's a standard sci-fi affair, but it's also a story of human existensialism, religion and the relationships between people and god(s).

It was possibly one of the most aesthetically stunning films I have ever seen, the atmosphere is perfect, and Boyle's use of sound and music was once again superlative.

It is not to everyone's taste, but anyone that missed it at the cinema will probably not enjoy it as much on a small screen. It was one of the few films that on FIRST viewing I expereinced body tingles. I cannot wait until it comes out on DVD, essential purchase.

I totally agree.
I just didn't like the zombiefied ending, it just felt like the style of movie changed completely and it felt out of place.

Absolutely stunning looking film though.

Hmm. Catwoman. Mile-high wank.

I fail to see how these things are self-exclusive :D

How anyone can >hate< sin city is added to my list of unaswerable questions about the universe. I've gotten used to people not loving great movies, but sometimes its just too much for me to handle. :m00:

lol Sin City is FAR from a great movie. It's a stylish popcorn flick but that's it.

Yes but it isn't a movie that should be hated. Even if it isn't for the sexxeh women there must be something in that film that everybody would like.....surely.

Yeah, it felt a little strange, but I'm hoping on second viewing the unexpected nature of it won't permeate the whole film so much

If you could ever claim the time back for some films you hae watched which would they be. I mean the Blockbusters or much hyped movies that were real howlers. Bad acting, Bad scripting and an even worse story line.

I'll get the ball rolling and My nominations in no particular order would be

Independence Day Take a good concept, add Will Smith and some cheeky script writing and expect a blockbuster. 4/10

The Core There has been some very good disaster movies and some very bad disaster movies. Alas The Core takes all of the very bad bits from Deep Impact, Armageddon and all the 70's Doug Mcclure films and made it bad 3/10

Little Nicky It wasn't funny, it wasn't witty it was a big steaming turd with the very best bits in the 30 second trailer0/10

Hostel Another film which storyline had plenty of potential. Now add as much blood as possible and really dumb it down to its lowest common denominator. Pants 0/10

*Gets Deja-Vu from OcUK forums* :D

Worst film i've seen recently: The Covenant, Saw 3, Silent Hill

Worst films ever: Anything by Uwe Boll...
Doom, Pulse, Brosnan Bonds (Barring Goldeneye, who's only saving grace is a big tank breaking shit up), Matrix 2 + 3.

OMG, I forgot to nominate the Twin Towers (LOTR2) - especially the extended version. 3 hours of a couple of midgets walking through a forest. Or completely tedious dogwank as I prefer to call it.

Hmmm i don't usually think of any of the films i've seen as bad.
I just usually take them as a form of entertainment, but then i don't go and watch any old shit just for the sake of it.

So having said all that i want to nominate JFK based on the fact that i fell asleep during the opening titles and didn't wake up until the end credits.

Anything with Will Ferrell in it.

He is the least talented, least funny "comedy" actor I have ever had the misfortune of witnessing. Quite why he keeps getting work is beyond me. He's like an even more moronic Adam Sandler.

If I could end one Hollywood career, it would be his. Unimaginative trash.
