Why, oh why do people not learn that they can just spam 1 emote 3 times, then another one. Like this:

It's only if you spam a specific emote 4 times you get banned. It has been clearly stated by a GoA GM that their line goes where you spam 1 emote 4 times.

People should just learn how to turn the rules into their own benefits.
I.e if I want an item and the encounter is up, I give a flying f*ck if people have camped it for many hours. If they haven't pulled it, it's mine if I pull it.

My guess is, that they look for griefing. Ie... a few emotes is within good fun and in the spirit of the game. Emote spamming like William did - or you described - is not. It's just griefing.

Rrrrrrright.... so i can add up all the emotes in the game on my qbars, circle through them for lets say 4 hours at someone and i wouldnt get banned? xD

I can see emote spam being classed as harrassment when your own-realm are concerned, or on Camlann but it's ridiculous to give bans for spammers - should be somekind of emote lock like people suggested

Or...you just try NOT to abuse the rules or find ways around them and try and follow the spirit of the rules instead of making live crap for those around you!

For example:

End of emotes...

or just go to another mob and let the one who just spent the hours waiting for it have it unless its obvious he is sitting there killing the mob over and over again just to farm it and wount let you join in the fun.

Why go out of your way to be a prick to people when the gain is almost nill ?
I just dont understand that kind of behaviour, its almost like some people have been bullied their whole lives and now theyve learned how to use a computor and finally they get to live the fantasy of beeing the bully themselves instead.

showing your ingame contempt and hate vs the opponent IS part of a 3 way war imho.

but with such emotes a lock would have to be put in.. like only one of them in the same area of maybe 500 - 1000 units every 5 minutes or so. or maybe only inside a keep and it has to be a dead enemy targeted that isnt released or something.
