If it isn't Thugs, the guy who made this topic played it very well! The username is really something that Thugs would chose and the style of writing, look at his old posts in every post he puts another subject in it and just the way he writes can be easily recognised its Thugs. And he has done it before, with the Thugs Mom account talking to himself and it's known that he has 4-5 accoutns on Freddy's House so why shouldnt this be him?
