LoM= legend of mir you mean. uke:
It wasnt just 1 person but a whole guild who abussed the gm account.
Mapo GM's account to be precise.

Not only 1 dragonsword but they also got themself every good items there was ingame. Even those rare items where you could make a guild.
Woomataurus was the mob the farmed alot at the time

Hmm when i looked on the guild list.
Cant help meself thinking Legends was the guild at the time doing it.

Looool even found me old guild i was in.

Most funny thing is i played the game for 9months. Most worse thing is THE GAME STILL RUNSuke:

Any1 remember it it was the worse mmorpg i ever seen/played.

TooBad i think was the culprit, and i thought it was Alarias GM Account that was "borrowed"

he also found out the duplication cheat and lowered the price of the halfmoon book from i think 1.5mil to 300k over night.

Yup it was him Toobad. Nice guy what i remeber talking to him ingame.
And your right about the gm's name, thought it was mapo account.

Was excactly Toobad i was thinkin bout...and Anin, it wasnt woomataurus they pharmed...it was all ubar bosses...even the new ones...cause they did it in mystery cave on the days it wasnt open. They used the GM account to spawn all boss mobs in there

and karam, i guess u can say thats leet if u knew how long it took just gettin L30 back in teh ol' days

yes, they went in MC, recalled Guild mates inside, spawned loads of bosses (like Evil Centepede, Evil Snake, Zumatuarus) and so on.

they would sit back and just watch the GM Character kill these, and pick up any drops (they were also grouped for the EXP)

the @makeitem command wasnt used beacuse when items are created they are logged so it was too risky, so they done it this way.

and as Drops disspear after 1 hour if left on the ground there were no traces of this ever happening.

TooBad just got too fucking greedy, thats why he got caught, idiot.


Edit: back in the old days me and my 3 irl mates played alot, we were lvl 34ish all, 3 warriors (them) and me tao, although i played WAYYY longer, they caught up like bastards, fucking warriors easy to lvl

we gota DSS drop of ZT and sold it for 600million, . hehe

but we all left the game :< lol. i got hacked a few times too, lost the best taoist items in game, i think i had the 2nd higest SC in game also.

I've never heard anything good about Legend of Mir. Just how bad can one game be?

i played it for ages when i seen on games network or what ever it was. only managed to get level 13 it was funny when people dropped all their gold on the floor and you could pick it up and run off.

and i still recall Tselakus runnin thru that...umm cave thing...arg..another memory hole...the place with the evil tongs...and he was the first person i ever saw with a judgement mace gifv JM in daoc!

Hehehe what i remember some1 having that mace or any other high level items was free for PKing. But killing him that was the hard part
