I have played Eve extensively during the beta periods and I came to the conclusion that its boring.

X Lord X is an ok pvp'er, but definetly not one of the best. The two people I always lost to in duels was RealSirSlay and SilverPhyton (KoRn), I guess there were some other really good pvp'ers. After the patch containing the powerscroll crap PvP got more into having the highest skills, and not being fast/having good timing on spells etc, therefor I quitted.

Duels are not everything and yeah xlx was one of the best, as a team player definitely right up there at the top.

Nope, it makes him a noob for dieing to a 60 fencing char that had about 50hp, an he used MB when it wasnt scratching me, and he used it over and over, he wasnt a bad player, just he was fk'd against someone with balanced stats, he just used mb contantly

not with that char no, that was a newish char, my other char i used to pvp with, was the only person to ever down Falcon 1v1, he got rather pissed at that tho


Edit: its like that light guy, every1 thourt he was good, but its he just lived next to the fkin server, and had a 4 ping, xlordx, was good, but he cheated, and therefore, lost my respect, and he had no idea wtf happend when MB wasnt working

You cant compare XLX to Light. Light had some skill and a gooood connection. XLX never had the best connection, and was not a cheater. XLX has pvp'd since the very beginning, if the char X lord X was spamming mindblast on a balanced stats dexer, It was definitely not the actual guy playing the char at the time.

agree, eve is really for people with big attention spans. who dont mind being bored out of they're skull for a few hours a day to get to the good stuff. im not playing eve much at the moment, but only coz i found the planetside site... now whenever i try play eve im just like................. i want planetside

eve will get better and better, when proper wars start etc, but atm i cant really bring myself to play it in the knowledge planetside is only a week away.
