Emoting and COC?

now we know who been sending the screeniesI think they should remove the CoC against emote spamming on enemy players. Too many does it...
I agree that it is some sort of harrasment to emote spam another.
The thing is I just think it'll get out of hand, to ban people for it, even though it's temporary.
From what I can read from earlier posts, some people that spams emotes on other reports other for spamming it on them? Some people doesn't report emote spammers, but just uses it back on them instead. Then they get banned (temporary). I can't see the logic in this, but yes. Does this mean all just should go report an emote spammer, when one turns up?
I mean, come one. It's just a little thing and not that it spams a very important window where you're chatting. No, it only spams a window where your actions has been shown, and when dead it doesn't really matter much what actions you did earlier, do it?

True but GoA cant show Favouritism, ontherwise it would be discrimination, to remain impartial they willhave to ban you as well
seems like GoA have opened up a can of worms, wither 7 day bans or none at all

Zenythe told me they drew the line at 4-5 emotes, guess all would be banned
And well, even though i dont like horner very much, i cant be bothered reporting him. Think its abit harsh just reporting over emotespam, thats in my opinion just stupid. Will do if i meet him again though

TBH if someone wants to spam you - ok it's lame and it's to wind you up - they should be allowed to. Surely the software should limit you to a maximum if it so "offensive".
It's a bit sad being banned for "increasing rivalry" between enemies. Cyclodia spams /laugh after every time he / she kills me, and the last thing I would think is to get them banned. It makes me concentrate harder and want to kill them even more - and the satisfaction is greater when that does happen.
And when people are spamming the emotes - they are more open to a crit shot from someone or a PA from an assassin - so they are actually at a disadvantage spamming.
It's almost an honour to be /spammed at after killing someone - whether it be good or bad, as at least you have had some sort of effect
I know it's against the CoC etc., but surely some common sense should be applied. There are greater bugs that could be fixed or better things that the admins could be getting on with I reckon.

Dunno whats more sad , the fact that some reported it or the fact that GOA banned someone for it.
Doing emotes to a someone from another realm should be fine , but it in fairness it would be annoying if someone from your own realm followed you around spamming it at you.
