for some reason I'm always more happy killing a warlock than any other class in the game, it always make me happy irl each time I kill 1

Oh, and to be honest, I think you will find that a single /laugh (or similar) emote does a lot more impression on an enemy than spamming it. It means that you really don't care very much about the opponent, as if they are beneath your respect. In fact, you will probably find that if you do a /bow after righteously zerging a Warlock with an FG, as if thanking him for a good fight, the WL player will get angry beyond belief. They're used to /rude:s, but now turn the table...

Always aim to produce the most annoyance in the enemy.

Why are warlocks so insanely hated? They have the ability to dish out insane amounts of damage in a short while, sure, but after that they're rather weak. And seriously, the way most people act around here it sounds like they hate the player for playing the class rather than hating the class itself. When that happens, people really need to take a step back and ask themselves why they're getting so worked up over someone playing a certain class in a game.

As for the emote spamming... well, I don't mind a few emotes here and there, that's part of the game, but when a player goes out of his way to harass another with emotes - such as an incident in PoC where a warlock groupmate of mine was /rude spammed by a paladin continuously for half a minute while the paladin was still under attack by mobs from behind and his groupmates working hard to get them off him - that's just stupid, really. I also think some peeps are getting too worked up over a single ban, especialy those that are saying "doh they are gonna ban us for doing a /rude" which is obviously not the case.

While I am not a great fan of GoA's I still credit them with enough common sense to take a measured approach to people breaking the CoC.

So by all means /rude me when I am playing my warlock (I'd be suprised if you didn't.. I was even more suprised when a couple of people /bowed and /saluted me, was after some particularly good solo fights mind, especially at bold where I've had some great one on ones) or which ever toon it is I am playing, just don't go mad and spam it over and over and over... /yawn again

TBH if someone wants to spam you - ok it's lame and it's to wind you up - they should be allowed to. Surely the software should limit you to a maximum if it so "offensive".

It's a bit sad being banned for "increasing rivalry" between enemies. Cyclodia spams /laugh after every time he / she kills me, and the last thing I would think is to get them banned. It makes me concentrate harder and want to kill them even more - and the satisfaction is greater when that does happen.

And when people are spamming the emotes - they are more open to a crit shot from someone or a PA from an assassin - so they are actually at a disadvantage spamming.

now seriously, the problem is that mythic created such an OP monster that evokes such an amount of hatred in ALL the enemy players.

Mythic should be punished for creating the monster, not the players who face the monster.

even in the times when stun/nuke/nuke/nuke from a rr1 beated everything another caster could throw out, people didn`t develop such an amount of hate in the enemy player base, just a lot of frustration.

And now Goa feels it is nescecary to start banning players who voice their well deserved disgust over something that should have never made it into the game in the first place.

Delete warlock class and you`ll find that the emote spamming will decrease with 90%....

Thats the whole point here, I mean, ok it goes about spammnig emotes, but people only emote warlocks...
It's like allmost a free ability atm they get when rolling 1... you're screen is full with emotes whole time.
