Facepalm! No answer to the questions I notice though. In the absence of engagement I'll take that as you not having an opposing argument, thanks.

(I mean, you're not conceding, but you won't challenge yourself. "Of course" a crime occured, right?)

I have answered you hence the facepalm.

So, I'm not really arsed about the deselection vote:

But the reason Starmer said he sacked him was that he was making up "policy on the hoof".

He'd stood in a picket line to show solidarity with striking workers (and I get Starmer's point on this, so fair enough). However he said "workers should get pay rises in line with inflation" - and Starmer said that's not policy - that "fair" pay rises through negotiation are the policy.

If Labour can't even commit to not giving people an annual pay-cut then it'll be a sad day when they're elected.

Truss, of course, will just ignore it. Like Blair ignored the 2.5 million people who marched...

As pointless as they tend to be I added my name to it.

Yeah, it would be meaningless, and with everything going on, there will be plenty to keep it off the front page. But it is going to have to be "debated" now, at least...and who knows where that might lead.

She's completely unhinged, she makes Patel look positively welcoming. She's already pissed off India (and apparently jeopardised one of the UK's flagship post-Brexit trade deals) with her comments...

It's like they think they're in a vacuum and everybody else will understand that this bullshit is just for domestic consumption.

She certainly likes to play for the party votes, shame that won't help get you elected in the country.

I'm not sure which one I dislike most out of this shower of shit government, again one of the few I think is decent is Ben Wallace.

I think Ben Wallace is happy to have something on the boil that the country is actually behind, he can keep his head down. The rest, they really are the dreggs.

Phew, thank goodness for that, for a moment there, I was worried.

I think he is a contender for most useless and hard to flush turd.

Apparently* it's a tic he has to move between pleasantries and business.

*According to anonymous, insider, close ally, eyewitness sources.

Lol, aye. I bet :)

Either way - anyone else find it galling that she curtseys and is deferential?

She represents every single human in the United Kingdom! You should be fucking bowing to HER you cunt. (But I totally get why you wouldn't).

She don't represent me, no-sir-ee.
She doesn't represent your views or politics. But absolutely she represents you as a person in an audience with our unelected ruler.

So when she bows, you've bowed.

Don't know why that's bullshit @JBP| - she's the elected leader of the entire country. Deferring to a "king". - it should be the other way around as he only represents himself.

Don't you think?

People don’t bow to prime ministers or presidents. That would be weird.
