Not saying the character - it was cheesy shite, but his performance given the script was good I thought.

Disagree removed, good performance as such. I wish the whole season could've been saved by good acting

I only watched the first 4 episodes of the season before I got bored and from the comments people have made it seems I've saved myself some time.

I really did like capaldi as the Dr... But the series sucked. Having said that I hated Matt whatever his name is as the Dr. I loved Tom Baker, forever my favourite then Tennant ;/
