Well if you will eat the mass produced, crappy Walls suasages then I totally agree with you.

However if you visit the REAL butchers (and not the supermarkets) then you'll get some really great suasages!

My local butcher even does Ostritch sausage! (yummy)

But by far the best has to be the Venison and herb, The Wild boar and Pheasant ones

Those are real 100 % meaty suasages... makes BBQs extremely yummy!
