I'm just registered on this forum, I'm looking for discussion about this new (betamode) server.
Is there a dedicated place where I can write and ask, or can/must I write here?

Possibly.

They try to reply to relevant stuff when they can, but as they say fairly often these arent official forums, posting here isnt part of their job, they just try to be helpful if they can.

The only GOA folks that post here are those involved with the English servers, they might not be able to answer anything specific to Italian servers. You can only try

BTW: Are the Italians suffering from the same lag problems as the rest of us? Hardly a great start on your 'new' server if you are

I try to write my questions here.

1) May be the backup of Vortigern italian server was made during the relic raid in witch Hibernia put in safe for a couple of hours their strengh relics behind the realm gate. The result is that now, on Deira, that 2 relics are still neutral. So that the command /relic says Midgard have the 3 pow, his own strengh ... and the other 2 relic are neutral. Is it possible to arrange for it?

2) How long do you think the lag persist in Emain and Odins?

3) Very often, the teleport doesn't do his right job. The mage cast for telport, but we don't gate standing on the pad ... /q doesn's work and we have to "alt+tab" and close the application. When we relog, we are in Emain or Adrian ... it dipends on the medal we got.

I'm happy you solve the problems we had with CTO, and now I'm so glad of our rebirth that I don't care very much of the problems I wrote up ... but I would like some answers if possible.

... you can see death Char running for the hills and killing people
... you can get to your henimy Portal Keep, enter the door and go tu the pad
... you cannot pass throu the wall door if they are closed
... ecc ecc

We are playng in 800 in the same frontier, Adrians Wall, waitinf for better time.

every community has got their "private" forums.

freddyshouse for the english speaking community
jeuxonline for the french speaking community
and
daoc forum
4players
for the german speaking community.

So there isn't more than 1/3 of all european players on freddyshouse.

These forums are "private" forums because they aren't managed by GOA. Try to make a italian forum and bring italian players there (if you manage to bring enough ppl, you can put ads on your forums and make money )

but half people were there

It's the worst RvR on italians server that''ive ever seen ;_;

We hope GoA fix the lag on others rvr-zone

For the time being the Italian server does not have support. We are looking into the general lag issues which are affecting all of our European subscribers. As soon as the Italian team is in place there will be normal service on the Italian servers - bug fixing, complaint handling and the rest.
The issue with Italian players who have changed their passwords not being able to access Deira is being sorted out with Mythic and CTO.
