Decent non-gaming required laptop

As topic, looking for a decent ( 15"+ can be higher or whatever ) laptop that can handle the youtubez and the dvds and doesn't really need to be capable of anything further than that.

Thinking 400-700 range, but I've never bought a laptop before in that kind of spec range ( it's for my sis ).

Any £400 entry level laptop tbh.
