The Dailymail has it down as a cardiac arrest caused by an overdose, it is such a shame that some people just can't seem to escape their demons.

I shouldn't assume in deaths but given what was reported she had severe backpain? guessing she was prescribed some powerful painkillers for it and likely took too many and/or got addicted to them, which is how a lot of US death cases end.
