Yep, sad that Mythic changed BG:s ... old layout was nice.

imo just send what u've already done to EA and/or Mythic and explain how you did it. as its unlikely that they will do anything if you don't.

the worst that can happen is that they ignore it. but what it they actually take it seriously?

it will be a small chance sure, but its better then nothing

/edit: even better, send it to that bioware dude that took over the show as the old folks at Mythic probably wont be that interested in new stuff

I did sent my blog link some time ago in daoc feedback, tho nothing happened, maybe did go directly to trashcan.
But I think Mythic still reads forums, so they did get this anyway.

dont send it to feedback, send it directly to that new CEO they got if at all possible. he's the one that can do something about it if he likes what he see.

and i dont think he's reading vnboards.

think you have the biggest chance at seing something happen if u go directly to him insted of through the feedback form or vnboards.

pretty sure he has a public company email somewhere.

In game side, this is Crysis and I don't think Crysis can be modified to work with freeshard servers.
Technically it might be possible to create proxy software which talk with Crysis via normal multi-player feature and to freeshard server.

Reason for OF is just that I like those layouts, those are really uniques, NF is more like just copy of each other with different textures.
Same goes for old BGs and compared to new ones.

Just a minor thing Manda about your Thid map.. The orignal OF Thid had a mid CK and not an alb

Yes, I didn't have names for those zone numbers, so I picked up first one.
btw was Alb keep in all BGs when hey release BGs, because I had feeling that first it was Alb keep in all BGs and then they changed keeps (and even rotated mid keep some point in Thid?).
Damn, that's so long time ago, can't even remember all stuff anymore

At least other dungeons are just multiple 3d model blocks, and quite hard to convert to Crysis.
I can check status of TG, but I can't promise anything.
