Some time ago I started the Helping the Weaponsmith quest with my main character Bashir (pryd/Mid). Why? Cuz he did (so far) all quests possible in Midgard.

As stated on Allakhazam site, on a certain point u might need to get help from customer support to finish the quest. The quest itself is running around alot and killing some easy mobs.

I come to this step:

... Yrling wants you to take the note he gave you, and the 3 items, to Cadbg in Hagall. Cadbg will take the note and the first item, the Chilly Skelett bone ...

Only thing is, I never received that note.

Since I had done all the rest correctly, and Allakhazam said this quest could be bugged, I deceided to write RightNow for it.

Bashir, lvl 50 Thane on prydwen, didn't receive the note he apparently has to give to give to an NPC... he however completed the steps. Is it possible to put the note in my backpack? Thanks in advance.

So after a long time I receive this mail/answer back (note the date)..

The problem is still there.
Now an alt on another account of me has the same problem... Bashira lvl 49-50 Shaman on prydwen/mid.

They replied (after some time)..

Since I already gave that info in my initial 'ticket', I was amazed a bit... nevertheless, I am a good boy and give them the data again.

I didn't receive the note neither with Bashir 50 Thane on prydwen nor with Bashira 50 Shaman on prydwen.

So there I have to do it all again, only to be stuck with same problem again at the end? While they could just put it in my backpack? way to go GOA/RightNow :clap:

Another example of good support...

Some time ago, Solid, his shaman and Bashir went to the Caldera Crater and spotted the Emissary of the Loki. Together with some random other people we fought this mob for long time and we finally got this one down. However all loot dropped through the floor, out of pick up range. So we took a screenshot and reported this to RightNow... only to find out we just have bad luck and nothing will be done.

Some weeks later me and someone else try this again, and again all loots fall through floor.

I report it again... they give me this...

had the same problem with mucking trough the ick quest with my 50 rm, i never recieved any larva's which im supposed to feed some spiders in veldon.... 3 weeks (maybe more?) later the quest was deleted, never thought of trying again tho since my account ran out :p

Well the subs pages were down for 7 days, that alone says a lot for GoA

same, but i didnt receive the silk to give...

deleted quest as well, could start the running all over again...

same for some SI quest The Morvalt Chrystal...

I think they like us running around like that...

I am on week 6 waiting for them to reply about my broken quest. Got the exact same standard reply you did, about wheter I still had the problem. Making another thread hasnt helped ,no reply to it either :(
