it really hurts me that bard isnt on the list
they are number 1 wanted all over in hibby RvRs.
Speed/heal/rezz/endsong/powersong/healsong/mezz/aoemezz/insta-singlemez/insta-aoemez/base buffs/the list goes on

Yes with full mending we all get 100% instas but clerics singletarget insta is better at lower specs. it goes something like 40% 60% 80% instead of 30% 55% 75% .. see?
