Crafting bug?

i have a runie named Helkar, he's a tailor with skill 1025. And his tailoring tab shows that he can make diminutive siege weapons at skill 800.

and i have SB named Hroft, he's a alchemist with skill 872. And diminutive siege weapons are not available for making to him (see attach).

why? and give fix plz - if it is a bug.

Got an hib alchemist and he can craft it at 800 skill.

I would say this isnt a bug as alchemist's and spellcrafters have never been able to make siege equipment.

It's not a bug.
The recipes are visible at 800 skill but they are greyed out. You can't actually make them until your primary skill is at least 900 and your secondary skill is at 600. This is because these recipes are cheaper than other recipes at this difficulty level and you shouldn't be able to powerskill on very cheap items such as these. Also you won't fail to make them when they become available to you.
