I think Stockholm isnt as densely populated as LondonSeriously there is evidence of what happens in a big city if you do not go in to lockdown - you can see Stockholm. If you manage to focus on the elderly and those at risk for the rest of the populus is pretty safe.... I am sorry if you do not like this answer but that is what the statistics are now showing.
As for schools yes it is thought that children spread it but it is not so virulent - again this can be seen in the statistics in Sweden where the schools have stayed open there has been one death and that was a new born with underlying lung conditions - there have been NO deaths here in the 10 - 19 age gap - 11 in the 20-29 / 16 in the 30-39 / 45 in the 40-49 / 162 in the 50 - 59 / 399 in the 60-69 - all the rest are over 70.
For defination : By at risk it should include everyone with a BMI - in Sweden they state higher than the UK for BMI so 35 and include hypertension on top of the rest of the risks.
I understand that the concern is that you do not know if you are at risk - well at least have the basics checked out if you are concerned and not already on a register. The key is to protect these important groups.

I really wish that instead of pitching scientists against each other there is some work to look at the statistics where the world has been a little more open, where people have continued to work at home if it is possible however if not using public transport to get to the office...
