converting a 2D painting to "3D"

so i have a desktop wallpaper i wanna make a tad more 3d:ish if possible.

been googeling a tad but havent found anything that makes it the way i want it.

not expecting "true" 3d as its a painted picture but i want it to "pop" abit more

lol, its nothing naughty. just slightly unsure if i'm allowed to actually do anything to it even if its only for personal use.

but its "just" one of the desktop wallpapers from LFG. the one with Richard's head and hands.

just wanna make it a tad more "in deapth" so the hands actually seems to reach out of the screen
