Toht, just for once, actually do some research before spouting off. More often that not you give your opinion on something you know nothing about.

Now back to the important stuff;

Ch3tan, read some articles and there's nothing really different.

The police and survices weren't functioning at all(like i said that i don't agree with those actions)(still they don't have to function 24/7 on one case), she is still responsible for her childs death(atleast no notion of her trying to send her away was there), it's understandable why, but not acceptable.

Blame on the social service, police and herself.

Completely plausible for this to happen though, as resources are thinner and crime/social problems are rising.
