omg may i laugh??.... lvl 50 reaver b4 toa full sc'ed would have about 1400 hp. my lvl 37 reaver (not fare from capped) got just under 1000 hp :p
and the lifetap and lifetap proc is not a coz of there "low" hps, its coz, yes, reavers are sevants of the underworld.
level 50 reaver, briton +10 con, 75con +200hp on items, no toa, no toughness, no aug con, no buffs = 1340hp

add a bit of toa and RA, and it's 1550-1600.
add buffs and it's 2150-2200.

these are low compared to arms, mercs and pallies - thus they need something and lifetaps fit in with the roleplay.

gotta love fotm band wagon hoppers....
originally reavers got the lifetap proc buff because of there having naff all HPs ..... then the beta testers complained it wasnt enough they also pointed out we had no way of pulling mobs.... mythic though about this and killed 2 birds with 1 stone, and thus we got in insta lifetap shout on a 10 second timer. But no, the yanks wernt happy, after all the whole point of a lifetap is to replenish HP so what good is it for pulling a mob? waste of power they said... so we got the insta dot and the lifetap got nerfed to a 20second timer to copensate.

Thats how and why reavers got the lifetaps, mythic were only gunna give us the lifetaps in our weapon styles to begin with
and i found a screenie, sparda had about 1300hps fully Sced at level 50 during SI

Yup, happens alot to me with dirty hibbies :p Ever managed to one-shot a BD commander though? ;)
Don't recall ever nuking one TBH. Usually more efficient to just go for the BD directly.

Oooouh! This thread turned into a "compare classes over the realms and tell eachother how overpowered you are"-thread. Who could have guessed? ^^

NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

- Based on class team lead and player feedback, the change made causing the stun spells of cabalist pets to trigger an immunity timer has been reversed. We will review this issue further to assess what, if any, changes are necessary to these pet spells in the future.

Just wondering, but are you implying that it is any harder to one-shot a BD Comander? Assumeing the commander is buffed (and if its the same level as a Necro) whats the difirence? Healer pets will have no affect on a one-shot? But I doubt thats what you meant, though I can't see what else you could have meant oO

Tbh I'm impartial to this, maybe it is unbalancing or maybe its not, but because I have never once been chain-stunned by a Cabby (due to low population of active RvRing ones) I dont care :)

Ow..and make SM, hunter, chanter, druid, caba and theu(yikes) 100% aswell?

/Dracus

if one of their pets die its merely a nuisance, the necro pet however, is the necro :m00:

Nah, I was just wondering if he had ever done it. Always takes me 3 baseline nukes to drop the boney little bastards :)

2-3 spec nukes to drop the BD himself so not worth worrying about the commander.
