To me it's a personal choice, a lot of my mates are quite frequent stoners, but i don't judge them for it by any means. Hell i'm quite partial to the odd joint now and then.

It is a personal choice I agree, I have no problem with people doing it in their houses. But when you bring that outside, you run potential risks that could involve others etc.

Steroids I have little knowledge and no experiance regarding, so i couldn't say.

I find it enjoyable how people like Raven fail to read and then try to post comments. Heck, Raven, my dad has 16 years experiance in the police/prison. He loves telling his stories etc and has first hand experiance. Couple that with factual information...

All i can say about this drugs debate is rubbish

Look at me for example you name it, i've done it E, Ket, coke, Acid, shrooms etc etc

As have all my mates, there is nothing wrong with us, i am working in IT as well as club promoting, money is pretty good cant complain

I'm not mentally retarded i'm not sitting here with sweaty palms choking for my next hit or line.

I am honestly bored of these discussions with ppl who have never tried any form of drug but think by quoting government websites that entitles them to an opinion on how my recreational use ruins life for everyone else. I have never robbed anyone, never lost um.. one fucking job, laughed my ass off and went about my day (the man is a legend)

ok so ppl who have no personal basis for an arguement are entitled to the opinion but please shut up and stop pestering me about it cause quite frankly i have probably done so much with my life, things that came from making friends while off my face than others will ever do

Things is, just because you've taken all that shit and it hasen't done anything to you, does not show that the drug debate is rubbish.

Some people get fucked up by drugs, some people don't. Yet no one really knows before they're through taking the drugs.
Personally I don't think taking drugs is that great a choice

I dont mind people taking drugs except for smack. I have no time for "got 10p for the phone mate" smackheads. Dirty, horrible junkies. People moan about imigrants well at least immigrants are willing to contribute to our society and actually do some work, rather than robbing your house and shooting your dvd player into their veins. What part of "dont take herion, you can be addicted after one hit" do people not understand. Smackheads are rooted firmly at the foot of societys food chain. The government should lure smackheads by promises of free heroin and then just burn them all in a huge vac.

And now we get to the point where we realise where your influence and opinions are formed from - dude - your dad probably deals with the worst end of the drug using society - otherwise if he is cop/screw why else would he come in contact with them if they were behaving and acting normal and not offendings anyone - maybe you should ask him for horror stories about pissheads beating people up just because they looked at their bird etc. A friend of the family lost a son in very similar circs - someone pissed ran up and hit the lad just because he was trying to break up a fight - he fell, cracked his skull on the pavement and died - all because some young pisshead couldnt handle his beer and got all Stella aggresive.. I aint ever seen people fighting whilst stoned, been to amsterdam multiple times - never seen any bother at the end of the night - except outside pubs that serve ale - methinks a connection here.

Also I notice the people who are anti drugs here all chose not to answer my previous post about the validity of why Cannabis is banned in the UK... hmmm wonder why?

I socialise mostly around people who smoke pot and chill out and have an open mind on life in general - I have absolutely no time for the type of people who think a great night out is every other night down the local pub, then the occasional fight at the weekend in town... they are more trouble to society than Cannabis users ever will be. If you dont believe me - ask your old man to take a survey of how many criminals he has dealt with over the years who did something violent etc under the influence of Cannabis only, then ask the same question about alcohol related crime...
