You are supposed to be their LEADER and Guildmaster and
make a good example. But u are not, The post u make and the comments u made on replies speaks, u are acting like a immature child, not a leader. I also remember u made some /AS messages earlier today, was indeed very strong leadership, Maybe everyone can become like that one day.

You guys are prolly talking about different things here. Nuked, I dont think Dia was talking about GD at the time he posted this thread. As you said: GD was unguilded at the time and LA obviously used their moves on him to get him into your guild (or maybe it was vice versa) - fair and square.

Think mainissue here was that Heste (or someone else from LA) tried to recruit an active officer of Vigilance. Sure sure..this is a game, we all pay our monthly subscribton fee, yaddayaddayadda.....
But imo it really doesnt matter - there are some unspoken rules: You never shake hands in a public toilet, bow down in the shower at your local sportsclub and thou NEVER shalst snatch other guildies members´. Sure, you can be a total arse and drop the rules like a used piece of toiletpaper but then you shouldnt be surprised about the upcomming lynchmob at your house.

Oooh...one more things: (mainly aimed at Shrye): I was not encouraged, forced or lured by Diabien or anyone else to type this. I still got a mind of my own and my brain also works pretty well by itself last time I checked. And whenever Dia gave me permission....ahem, I meant the opportunity..yeah, opportunity....to act freely - damn, no I got that wrong aswell. Well Diabien prolly u was a strong hib leader when we were lvl 5 etc etc but the thing is ur acting like a jealous n00b. Post on a public forum private msgs to try get an important (yes not in its best moment, but this game is up and downs) hib guild (prolly more important now with 5 active members than yours with 32 ppl (I got NOTHING against Vigilance, is just an example) ) down is really sad and lame. Posting here PRIVATE msgs is sad and u talk about respect? U respected Heste's privacy? NO. If u don't respect the ppl don't expect the other ppl to respect you. Anyways think it's clear what most of ppl think so I won't repeat in once more. It's clear now what most of hib posters think about thing and about you, with this I'm not includeing vigilance, is a nice guild for me, and what your own guildies think of this kinda lame thing, most of times don't post defending your "leader?" says more than 150 posts of every1 of your many many members

even in the SS it says we didn't want lunabel. moofio and athina were the prize etc, and they were unguilded, what more needs to be said really! we invited 3 people recently, all were unguilded. its a shame this needs to be posted because i have alot of friends in Vigi who may now be turned against me by the beloved leader

Yes people have their own mind, yes people are free to leave a guild, and go or do whatever they want but there is a thing as respect for fellow realmguilds. Actively recruiting people that are guilded is not respecting a fellow realmguild imo. If a player wants to join your guild by himself it's different cause that obviously means the player wants out but that's not the same as asking active people in another guild to join your guild.

Doesn't change the fact that this talk should have been and stayed between two people only.

It's one thing asking friends you know are unhappy to join your guild, then it's another thing telling people that their current guild sucks and so do their GM and we got more to offer, maybe see it from Diabs point of view.. oh well.

People that join top guilds are weak retards that want everything handed to them on a silverplatter instead of working their way up and reaching their goals/aims in their current guild, so imo when you loose someone to another guild with "weak" reasons, you know that they will do the same to the other guild the day that things gets a bit rough.

all wajn and more wajn, and cry, stop that imo, it is a new guild with some future plans, they can do many things wrong at the begining, but i think that they will improve it, like all guilds did

Ofc, telling someone that their current guild sucks and GM etc is very wrong, but i know if i was in a guild where i didnt see any improvement in rvr and ppl just didnt put the effort in to become better i would start looking for a new guild. Im not saying this was the case but theres a reason that would make me leave for another guild.

Well mostly ppl nowadays and today has been in a guild or more before joining the current one. Some ppl might not be very loyal and jump around guilds alot, but sometimes there are valid leaving guild like when it dies.
