my technique
see someone i like, smile across the room at them, or whereever i am, if they smile back, turn away turn back if they're still looking bigger smile or grin, and usually they;ve came up to me or winked... then just end up chatting or more lol
i think its quite a good skill though, im not even mildly camp, and i dont go parading around in 'the scene' as i prefer just being around just the usual crowd of people that clubs have, but specifically being straight or gay places
