My gf and I have seen Avatar when it first come out and it was awesome. So we thought as its out again with new unseen footage we decided to take my gf's grand parents along to see it as its a pretty damn good film.

We saw it again tonight and its even better than the first time we saw it and I truly recommend it to anyone who likes that type of film.

For me its one of those films that you could see again and again within reason ofcourse. What I mean is, if its on TV you wouldn't mind watching it because you know its a good film.

Anyway, watching the Adverts before the film started I saw the trailor of 'TRON' and I got to say that looks pretty damn good too.

YouTube - Tron: Evolution Trailer - E3 2010

And something for the family

YouTube - Legend of The Guardians : The Owls of Ga Hoole - Official Trailer [HD]

That looks pretty good too tbh

I'm planning on going back to Pandora for one more time in 3D before I get the Spec.Ed bluray for Christmas. :)
Speaking of Christmas, I'll be going to see Tron:Evolution at the big screen. I saw Tron on it's opening weekend and I was blown away. I want more of the same with added coolness from "The Matrix" and "Avatar"'s 3D.

It's a nice flic, but that's about it.

Now on the other hand, Tron may be the next sliced bread.

Does anyone know how long this version of Avatar is out at the cinema for? I'd really hate to miss it again, was still kicking myself from not seeing it in 3D the first time round.

I bought it on Sky box office. I turned it off after half an hour because I was bored to tears.

Its only the cinema experience that makes it worthwhile

ah that's interesting because I watched it on dvd on my crappy telly and thought it was the most amazing looking film I'd ever seen, though have to admit that it does start off a bit dull but once they get to Pandora it was amazing in 2D with no surround sound or HD or anything...my telly is barely colour and normal sound, it buzzes if you have it up past 30 lol.

Its about 10mins under 3 hours with the extra footage, when i saw it, it flew by, it didnt seem like 2 1/2 hours. I saw it in 3D in the posh VUE comfy chairs, i loved it

awesomeness this film had it; and me and my mate were both worried that we felt the big blue dudes are hot!
