For the simple:

A survey measures opinions and perceptions.

That NS and SB believe/perceive a class to be more powerful is not evidence that it is.

Nice survey, Im glad they all think buffbots should be nerfed, not gonna happen though

Also the ra tables are interesting, Mythic really need to improve some ra's as everyone is just getting the same ones. For example check the active RA's, most ppl have purge but second wind, rain of fire, rain of ice etc are all useless.
With respect to second wind, how about they change it to end regen 5 for 1 minute, re-use timer 15 min? While they are at it make raging power every 10 min, mcl is 5, FA is 15, so RP is 10, IP is 30, makes sense

Pots last 2 min and arent on a large timer, don't think second wind is of any use whether it is like you'd want it to be or like it is now.

I don't know for certain - however I do know the difference between fact and opinion, and that is purely opinion and as such is pretty irrelevant.

those stats vary according to who is has the upperhand, a couple of months ago before LA was nerfed, SB's were laughing and all infils were skilless, crying n00bs.

Yes you can use pots, but firstly end regen overwrites a pot (as its not as good). Lets take a fight where the pala gets mezzed or dies, you fire second wind and your ok, pala gets rezzed puts his end regen back on, but then gets mezzed, your still ok.

A little rethink though maybe decrease cost to 5 points and increase duration to 2 mins (remember you need aug con 3 as pre-req).

Also a stealther in a one on one fight could use a heal pot instead of end regen, that 250 heal could win the fight

I think you'll find those stats are accurate.

On the first point you're very out. My infil was born with many other characters when the BGs were introduced. He hit 50 over a period of months as I solo'd him a little here and there - think it was around 4 months ago he hit 50. Can't be sure.

I went to RvR pre 1.62, but refused to hand RPs to insanely overpowered SBs, so he was shelved and I went back to BG fun until post 1.62.

I only recently came to BW after a guildm8 pointed me to the trading boards. But then I found a whole universe of stupid here on the RvR boards and found my mission. Wherever stupid raises its head, there I shall be to spank its dumb monkey ass.

Well it pretty much explains why you think whining is the sole kingdom of SB's then, prior to the LA nerf these boards were full of whinging Infils.

What goes around comes around, the DF nerf will come and then NS's will be top of the food chain and everyone will whine about them...then SB's and so on, and so forth...
