Marc i'm not sure i totally agree with you when you when you say an ectomorph can't gain significant levels of muscle mass. (Though in saying that you may mean extreme ectomorph, i thought i was skinny until i saw some people on holiday). When i started i was ~68kg, 6 months in i'm now about 88/90kg. Granted there is a fair bit of fat/water making up some of that extra 20kg but still the fact i was able to gain weight after fretting about with so many other fadd shakes/supplements before pretty much amazed me.
Again one of the mods on the other forum i mentioned has gone from 59kg-100kg, it's immense how much different he really is.
Knowledge, really is power. When you have that theres no reason you shouldn't be able to put on however much muscle mass.
At only 62kg though if Kagato were to eat along the same diet i started at, he would probably be gaining 2/3/4lbs a week or so as long as he was strict on it. Though obviously he'd reach a barrier like i have (though i've got the winter to bulk, and i'll be damned if i don't reach 14 stone at least
).
See roughly where i'm coming from?
