Yup down for maintainance....good time to do it a saturday morning...go go GoA.

My guess its emergency fixes to sort the database stuff that went squiffy on the last maintainance. Well, hopefully. Unless due to critical failure, hardware changes should be done at the least busy time of day, which is not a Saturday morning

If the maintainance fixes the heraldry and alliance chat type issues, I'm a happy bear.

Well in fairness if there's something that needs fixing, and needs fixing now before it breaks something major, then Saturday morning's as good a time as any to fix it. Who knows? They might be re-routing the resources from the old closed servers to the new ones (assuming that's even possible) to alleviate the dreadful lag.
