First, thanks for your useless answer, but since you want to know, the answer to your question is in the EULA:

6. Hacks, Modifications and/or Changes to the Game
You may not use any third party software to modify the Game to change Game play. You may not take any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.



I asked because i had no idea that this was a bug (or possible) before i saw this thread. I have have not tried to jump up those stairs in all possible (legal) ways, so i wouldn't know if a bug is needed to do this or not.

I would actually think, that the guardians at the top of the stairs is there to protect your realm from invaders.. If this is indeed the case, they have MAYBE been put there because it is possible to reach the top of the stairs in a legal way.

And yes, I agree 100% that cheaters should be banned.

you take fall damage from going down, so I doubt its possible to get up there without lagjumping. Also those gaurds are there because its possible to get up there in an illegal way. Its a normal solution for mythic to put high lvl gaurds at places where people can possibly get to where they arent meant to be (using a bug, a cheat or just lag).

right all u could say is only midgard players is dumb enough to get caught on cam

iwe seen alb up there as well on midgard side never bothered with acting a snitch though perhaps time for that now

Gentle reminder: the particular "skill" known commonly as "lag jumping" (a method of climbing stairs that are intended to be unclimbable, such as those in Darkness Falls) is considered an exploit and will earn consequences on your account. Just say no to exploiting – and yes, it's still an exploit if you "jump" up your own realm's stairs to get away from whatever… or whoever is chasing you.

Was that a mistake on your part? One that just happens to add weight to your argument and remove any notion of it could have been quite innocent.

As I already stated, it's the changing of "can I ask" to "haha" and the inserting of "lag" infront of "jumping" I am interested in not the remainder of your quote which was a summary of later conversation.

I have no interest in this person, I am not defending them, I am pointing out to what seems to be a dishonest attempt to add weight to your argument.

You found the EULA, where it also states that you're not allowed to use exploits and design flaws. ( And lag-jumping up those stairs are both a design flaw ( it is possible ) and an exploit ( was used to kill a few people ) ).

Please try to read between the lines sometime.

I don't care if it's a mid alb or a hib. Cheaters are the lowlifes of any game. If u must cheat to beat another player then u suck at playing.
