Wilson is still on the rookie salary cap I would not worry about him earning $1m a game not a week. Manning is on $18m a season salary so actually earns £200k a week.

I want to go to bed but i bet there will be a turn around but i do hope not.

I still think Seahawks sucks... you can have luck for a whole season, right?

Well I was never going to watch it all, just the first half but by the end of the first half I didn't feel it mattered watching the second half any way.

That's TV's fault, not the sport. There is plenty to show between plays/downs. They just don't though. They would rather ruin the atmosphere.

If you look at the history of NFL..it was dead ..so they reinvented the entire game around adverts...the rules were changed to suit the advertisers and it was relaunched as a commercial spectacle.
It worked like a dream..but todays football is nothing like the original game.

Actually it was rule and tactic changes introduced in college football which made that popular which caused the NFL to copy them and in turn made them popular hence TV started covering it. I can't find the name of the show that was all about it though.

Fucking hell. First time pats lose the opening game since 2003. And to a team in the same division mind you. Not good

Hate when Saints play the Falcons, my nerves can't take it. Seven of the last eight games have ended within six points or less.
I'm glad we only play the Falcons... 4-5 times. Every. Single. Season.
:(
Also, lol at pats :D
Seahawks are going to be a bitch this year again :(

Now that the was the Pats defensive performance I was expecting. Granted it was against Matt Cassell. But good signs none the less.

The O still didn't look too frightening, but they were given a lot of short fields and an early lead, so I can't blame them for playing conservative. Hopefully as Gronk shakes of the rust more and more each week they will start to look scarier.

49ers threw it away last night. Was disappointing. 118 yards of enforced penalties or something stupid

But that blocked FG return. I creamed myself. And the Fins losing to Bills was icing on the cake

Just watched the highlights. Brandon Marshall was on fire. Three TDs and that first one was ace!
