Good read. I was 4th pick in the draft, and order went: Arian Foster, Aaron Rogers, Tom Brady, , and I picked up Ray Rice. Article applies to maybe 50% of my league. Most people have serious running back issues, with only myself and the person who drafted Arien Foster having two elite RB's. I have QB issues and he has WR issues though, so it's not like we are perfect. I'm 1-3 and he's 2-2. Not too worried right now, I was 6-7 last year in regular season and still won Superbowl.

In one 12 team league I had pick 7 and I went Megatron. So far that hasn't been a good call but I still think he could go off and win it for me. The thing about that league is that I'm somewhat weak at RB. I seem to have lucked out a bit with Jamaal Charles but Turner is my RB2. I lucked out a bit aswell in that I was able to pick up Alfred Morris on the waiver wire and he's been great in the flex so far.


In the other Foster fell to me at pick 3! That and drafting Matty Ice way late.

My missus went to college with Ryan....said he was a demon for the women.

TE is my problem since Hernandez got injured. Picked up Bennett on waivers but his productivity has gone way down. Apart from that im set. QB - ryan/rg3, rb 1 - foster, rb2 - mjd, wr1 - welker, wr2 - cruz, flex - reggie bush, kicker - giants, d - falcons.

I'm so pissed about this weekend. So as I've said on here before my missus old man has season tickets to the Patriots. This Sunday they play Peyton Manning at foxboro....he can't go because her brother is getting married on Saturday in Pennsylvania. Now I am more than willing to get up early doors on Sunday after the wedding and drive up...have been for a while....but she wouldn't do it! She said I sound worse then her father who basically threw a wobbly when he found out he'd be missing the game for a wedding. Maybe he and I will sneak up there on our own.

Im only 2 for 2 and should be better with that team. I have Alfred Morris on the bench as well. Just gping to start my best players this week regardless of matchups and see what happens. Havent seen great numbers from welker or cruz yet.

I just got offered AJ Green for Charles. I'm very tempted to make this trade.

Heh, both my old roomates were on the Boston Colleage team staff, they knew Matt Ryan too. One was down in Miami for a BC vs Miami game and ended up in a private box with Matt Ryan a bunch of NFL guys after they ran into each other before the game started. They ended up partying until the early hours. Still won't talk about what happened that night, so it must be good


I'm starting my studs week in week out. Lost 2 games because I listened to experts. Need to win a game!

Me too mate. Would you believe that I actually went looking online yesterday and couldn't find anything that wasn't from before like 2007!

Fantasy football is what really got me into the NFL, but now I've become facinated by the X's and O's. I'd love a game where you could completely design your own playbook and then send out a team.

I was surprised to see the score so close after the texans tight end literally walked into the endzone on their first drive. Needed a monster game from Foster to save my espn fantasy week, bit alas he fell a TD short. 3-2 in both leagues now.

I was 80 against 120, with 2 guys still to go while my opponent was done. My players..... Saint's Colston and Texans Owen Daniels. All worked out in the end. Sadly, bye's are going to hurt, I have no reliable backup at RB, need Kevin Smith to go back to starting for the Lions. Have NE's Brandon Bolden, but he's second string. Rashad Mendelhall is on the wire, but with me being 5th in the pecking order, fat chance. Have put a pick in, you never know.

Jets D is not bad, it's just that they haven't been able to put points on the board. When you play a team unable to score, there's no need to do risky plays. Cowboys at Baltimore next weekend, hoping for some real stats from Torrey Smith and Ray Rice.
