Erk, CSR's are useless indeed dare I say it (its not their fault, its because mythic/ea won't give them more power beyond answering appeals and reporting problems to higher authority within the company) its bullshit that they cant restore all your characters tho, i'd keep on at them about it because i've had 23 characters restored before on ywain.
