Most of albs on these boards tell allways how bad albs are, so would someone explain to me why BF does so well even against savage groups? I just cant get it?

I´m talking about a high RR mid group, one with a lot of savages... how/why and why them and not anyone else?

Cant be that they are just lucky 50% of time can it?

EDIT: Someone with nothing to say than some whining please leave your posts out... (does other than people like that exist here?

alb as a realm does need a little help, but its not as bad as a lot presume

So you reckon albs are ok, because one of the best guilds on the server beats a High RR savage group 50% of the time?

I think you should be asking why they don't beat you 100% of the time tbh.

im kinda confused how high rr v high rr 50% chance doens't = balance ^^

Simple.

Alb shows real skill level.

If you're good you can do well, if you're bad its apparent.

Mid classes cover this up - its easier for a bad player to do well when the classes are more powerful. Ask yourself why Nolby etc play mid/hib and not Alb.

albs don't need skill or tactics etc.. They can always relie on their zerg.

What skill is involved in flooding your groups with such an obviously overpowered class? Tactics yes, skill no. The same as there are tactics involved in bringing superior numbers to a fight.

if a high rr alb grp is beating a hig rr mid grp 50% of the time, i'd assume the mid grp where winning the other 50% of the time.

i'd also assume that no matter what realm your in, if your beating GGs 50% of the time, you'll steamroll over random grps, prolly 90% of the time.

So what, I think Midgard will be better off with people that are prepared to fight because they chose Midgard to defend as their realm.

A 50% win rate from some randon high RR's against a high RR GG that plays together and have done so for quite along time is awesome imo.

If it was 50% wins against a random equivalent RR alb group, then it would indicate balance to me.

By your logic, Mid needs a nerf because my high RR Randoms never beat NP? So at least we both agree Mid needs a nerf

If it was 50% wins against a random equivalent RR alb group, then it would indicate balance to me.

JH are hardly randoms...most are ex RG, and most, if not all, have played since 1.32.

RR doesn't = skill.

50% win rate sounds like balance with all other things being equal (since everyone seems to measure skill in RR, i guess thats what counts here right?)

im not saying savages aint overpowered or anything, i know they are, but 50% is 50%, numbers that you gave, not me.

i wouldnt know about 'WTFPWN!?' i've only ever played my warrior although u no doubt think thats an over powered class that needs to be nerfed
and i suspect not to long after the savage nerf midgard on this server will no longer be much of force in rvr
