yeah... that was like 2 years ago as you said.
If you´re taking a look at the responses of the last RR´s, you´ll notice, that the trend is more a *shrug* and /grats instead of flaming.
I gave my grats to Hibs when they AC`ed us last time, many others did. That´s why I`m so puzzled about old-skool players still getting mad about things like that.

Funny as the last 2 alb relic takes started as late night farming sessions. Still DAoC is a 24-hour game, so early hour relic takes are fair game.

Its this thing were adults go during daytime and gain $$ so we can
pay rent and buy food etc. Thats why I cannot partake in any relic raids
during daytime. Besides Im busy fixing my flat atm so I havent had the time
to play at all lately.
Ohh, and if you missed it, I was most definetly not on
last nights raid, I was getting my beuty sleep.

And all the years, Alb whined at Mid for lame raids, they filled page after page of whining on FH, only then for every NF raid they did to be have done 2-am 6-am.

Which is bullshit, and you know it. I remember the first NF raid that Alb did, because I was on it - and it was primetime, starting before 10pm. Yes it finished about 2am, but you had plenty of opportunities to retake your keeps and defend your relics, by preventing us from porting into Mid. Instead, you CHOSE to try and pack your relic keep with people - a tactic which worked in OF, but was doomed to failure in NF when you can keep porting people back straight into the battle. You had plenty of warning of the raid, plenty of chances to defend, but you ballsed it up and have been whining about so-called AC raids every since.

And yes, for a long time we complained about the fact that Midgard, having failed to retake a relic primetime without Ardamel (the only Mid capable of leading a proper raid), resorted to a true AC raid - assembling a large force deliberately early, seeking to avoid giving us the chance to defend. Midgard was the realm that broke the loose agreement to keep raids primetime. Not Albion. Not Hibernia. Midgard. After that, all bets were off.

Frankly, I stopped caring much about relics after you broke that agreement, because as I knew and stated on many occasions, it would inevitably lead to all realms doing AC raids. I'm not interested in doing them or being part of them, so relics mean nothing to me now.

Don't try and rewrite fucking history Xajorkith, because both you and I have been around long enough to know what really happened.

If people who play the game late in any realm want to take a pop at the relics, then good on them.

If people start raiding in primetime and carry on to take the relics late after a long hard fight, good on them.

If people pre-arrange lots of players getting up at 3am to start a raid, in order to ensure there's no chance it will fail - it's lame.

The last proper big AC raid was probably the OF Mid one, organised by White Rose, that broke the truce on AC raids. 150-200 Mids got up especially to do the raid, as pre-arranged. THAT, my friends, is a fucking alarm clock raid. Anyone who says anything else is a fool, or Netcode.
