Account Problem.

Well long story but lost my account (one of them) (before the subscription pages update where you didn't confirm email change)

Back then i thought it would be impossible to get my account back, but now when GOA got there ass slapped and woke up (just a saying) they might help,

I have the Cdkeys & CD from the account.
I don't have the FIRST ever billing made to the account since mothers friend done it. I have billing details for the SECOND ever payment made. What other requirements do i need for GOA to recover my account? I have ALL info names, addy's, emails etc Well thankyou :worthy:

DO you still have access to the email address the account is registered to?
If so, it's easy, you just go to the subscription pages of the official site (www.camelot-europe.com) and click on 'Lost Password'. Enter your registered email address and an email will be sent to you automatically containing a time sensitive link to a newly generated account password.
Once you have that, you can log into the subs pages and request a new game password the same way.

If you don't have access to the email address anymore then you'll need to ask us to change it for you.
Email subscription@goa.com with all the information that you have and supply them with a new email address (must be one that isn't already in our database) and they will change it for you. You can then get yourself new passwords in the way described above.
