The multiple tabs worked for me as well. Of the 10 I submitted I got 2 email responses.

It's almost like most requests are somehow disappearing, while a minority make it through.

Anyhoo, I'm now (finally) patching

Still waiting on the email after verifying the key. It has now taken about 14 hours for that 1 email.

I am really just thinking about not bothering with the whole thing now.

Glad i am at work and can't get to the e-mail normally to check every few minutes. This is my lunch break, and i thought i would have some joy by now.

Should have known better though.

Even if it's arrived it's too late for me. I uninstalled, installed the US version (much quicker than the GOA version somehow), entered the key straight into the account with no problem, and fired it up - now downloading the updates.

Talk about a chalk and cheese experience!

The e-mails came almost instantly for me. I'd try some more tabs if you still haven't received one.

I just woke up to take a leak, decided to turn my comp on and see if I would have already gotten the mail.

In my heart I knew the answer, and that answer became reality: No, ofcourse not.

Then I read warhammeralliance.com. The guys on the forums apparently have a solution for those who are still waiting for the validation. Here's the procedure:

1) Go to the Validation page again as usual

2) Enter the SAME login/password as you have already.

3) BUT use a DIFFERENT e-mail address from the one you tried to Validate with originally.

4) Et voila, somehow this seems to clear up your previous queued attempt at validation. All of us who tried it in the guild got our e-mails within 30sec-1min of re-registering with a DIFFERENT e-mail address (the mail should come through on your previously-used e-mail account, not this new one).

This method seemed to work for me. I have been waiting (like most of you) for the validation email since about 16:30. After registering with another email I got the mail into my previously entered mailbox about 2 minutes later.

Good news for us, bad news for me 'cause I'm now back at step 1, I'm getting: Your code hasn't been registered. Click here to view the reason.

Great I can't use the activation page any more since the little flash button I need to press to complete the process no longer wants to load on any browser :lol:

Ok after tweaking my flash settings, I opened up 8 tabs in firefox then sent all 8 tabs at the same time. A email hit my in box 3 min later, what a joke 11 hours waiting before I just spammed like the rest of them.

I've been following this thread all of monday and was pulling whats left of my hair out.. woke up form a dream involving me in the goa office with a hurly and i was bringing war to them, decided to check pc and low and behold there was my email, Yay! Now whats next? Beta servers down? Pathcewr sticks at 99.9999999%? I dunno if I can take much more. I could be back to WoW soon...

Your loss. I just logged in for 20 mins and lost 2 hrs doing PQs and chatting about nothing to people in my open group.

Once you've got your account activated you shouldn't have any trouble the patcher works, servers are lag free and the zones are empty.

well i gave it 20 minutes altho i doubt it woll solve anything unfortunately besides i have almost memorised my ob key and that begins to freak me out
