The abusive/offensive language you used in your first post, in the topic title, and throughout the thread doesn't make you come across as a reasonable guy starting a sensible argument. It's the rantings of an unreasonable, angry person, and that's how you have been treated in response by everyone. You say it wasn't meant that way, I dunno if I should believe that, but fair enough, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

For your earlier remark: no I don't mind being associated with Envenom. I've never had problems with him ingame. Nor with you for that matter. And I like to keep it that way, so for both our good, I'm gonna stop responding. I'm sure you don't mind.

This is an excellent point, how many unecessary arguements have been caused by people reading something and taking it the wrong way, untold no doubt.

Truth is some people love to antagonise, a fight simply for the sake of it, no matter what convoluted reason you bring to the table (to ourselves at least we always have a good answer) they smack you down and say it's not good enough.

Give it up, you lose nothing from it and you may even rediscover something...

Well the programmers have tried to get *body language* into the game b using emotes. Problem is that bodylanguage uses over 40 k diff poses. (i think i read it somewhere)
And basically the emotes is only for show off.

WE had an earlier thread there 3 guys came and disrupted the Finslist. The finsgroup gave up and let the "griefers" win. Should that go unnoticed ?

Well firstly people will act differently in game to real life for one very simple reason, there are minimal repercussions to deal with beyond verbal responses, it's a simple thing, we gauge possible responses and act/react accordingly, hence why I dismiss any idiots I meet in game rather than drawing lengthy (and possibly erroneous) conclusions about who they really are. Deciding I don't really like them and giving them a wide berth is sufficient.

Well I don't see what is being fought over here, all the rest of us can ascertain is that you and envenom don't get along, hell I don't even like half of what he says (it's poorly strung together and for the most part childish) although on accasion you can see him relent his "bad man" image in some of his responses to certain topics, doesn't strike me as a former military man as he seems so indesicive. But he has a right to play, only his actions will determine what happens next.

As for griefing, why moan about it, report it, if anyone does anything that is without doubt likely to be against the CoC then say something to the relevant people. There is only so much that can be dealt with using angry words or even the best of intentions in educating people as to the error of their ways.

Sometimes I wonder if people could do with logging out to destress, thought the purpose was to log in to destress for a few hours and forget about real life stuff and have fun!

Looks like this thread is losing steam to me, maybe envenom will make the first and in my opinion the better move to stop replying I really don't think anyone can lose any face over what is essentially a "I hate your guts" thread, do you?

Well basically this thread started out as 1 topic and then spinned off in diff directions.
1 Way was Envenom and my flamewar.
1 other and more interesting discussion was the IG personality Versus the IRL personality discussion. where we basically got the same conlcusion but with diff twists.
1 was about language barrier. And the misunderstanding some words could b when u didnt know the feelings behind the words.
Basically u must re-read your post 2-3 times and make sure it dont sound wrong. And thats i havent been doing really. AND think how hard it is when u dont write in native language, and of course do that also apply to reading.

1 rather "lose" topic was also about why people post when they feel the thread is stupid and pointless.
