Why? I don't find what I have been told mider says to be at all acceptable and I want to hear his excuses. Joking or not, abuse isn't on. When puma abused SG on these forums everyone berated puma and jumped to Sg's defense. I see it is different when it is your own clan member at fault.

And as to `Everybody swears` we probably do, but things said are said, messages typed can be read afterwards to see if appropriate.

He he, i wasnt been serious about the swearing thing you know, i was just pointing out that everybody bends the rules on occasion, and yes i messed up with the forum argument and could of chosen a better example to get my point accross.

I'd like to see mider come here, and give some kind of explanation or apology, obviously SG feels insulted - if I had insulted somebody by what I thought was a harmless joke, I would be man enough to apologise.

People know when I'm joking, because I usually follow my lame comments up with a smilie. With the absence of body language on the internet, that seems the only way to let people know your intent.

Only children use comments like 'go f**k your mother u bender' - and we should perhaps treat them like children - ie ignore them.
