I had the same problem, that first 0 is the number zero not the letter.

Got confirmation and patching at the moment. However, there appears to be a problem with the ingame item, at least that's what I make of part of that e-mail:

Certain components could not be activated because they are incompatible with your account. We would like to advise you that those keys can be used to activate products on another account.

Weird.

Small update
Valid Standard Edition Head Start keys start with one of the following series:

• PSEA01 (Boxes)
• PSEA0M (Online)
• PSEA0N (Online)

Our e-mail server is, as you surely understand, under a very high workload right now. In order to provide Head Start access as soon as possible to as many as possible, we've given first priority to Head Start access codes. Bonus items validations are still stored but expect longer delays on these.


Some of you are getting the now famous 414 error. This is a normal time-out error. Just take a deep breath and try again.


If you're certain you've entered a valid code yet is told it's invalid, just keep at it for a while. Our entire system is under a lot of pressure right now and random glitches is to be expected.
