When you have a squad like Liverpool (or City) most of the squad players/subs would walk into any other prem side. (part of the problem)

Yeah, sure, Liverpool have spent spectacularly, City, shotgun money at everything, but still...

Net spend is 15th in the prem, that's pretty spectacular...

For context, Liverpool Nett spend, 90 mil, Everton Nett spend 275 mil.

I was taking you were implying spectacularly the other way, as in loads of money spent.

Could well get tonked tonight.
Need to score 2 now.

I don't get why Mane didn't even make the bench.

Anyway. I'll find out the score when I get back in. I'm off out to clean the bikes :)

VAR doing it's job I see tho:

Lallana said:
I thought it was a definite foul. I'm not sure why it hasn't gone to VAR.
Caren Karney said:
Jurgen Klopp is frustrated with a foul in the build-up. I felt it was a foul.

I mean, if they're insistent on having VAR, then surely it should work?

Seems about right. If not even a little optimistic.

I think they said the leader going into the final day when there is a chance of the team below of overtaking them has always won it or something.

Unsurprising. Sport is a mental thing and if you're winning the league you do what you need to get it over the line.

Records are there to be broken tho.

Tottenham only need a draw against Norwich to effectively* guarantee Champions League football next season but you'd better believe I'm still nervous about it.

* "effectively" because Arsenal would have to a) beat Everton and b) beat Everton by a margin of ~15 goals.

Crystal Palace may have decided to fly to Liverpool instead of staying overnight in one of Liverpool's glorious hotels.

I feel that is incredibly unsportsman-like. So what if a few bangers go off outside your window at 2am!

I would say the majority of Chelsea fans are happy to see the back of him, he wasn't a fan favourite since the issue with his dad arose and his tendency to commit utter howlers but this just adds to it:

If you don't know what the "personal reasons" are it would seem a bit cunty to use them as a stick to beat him with (especially as the insinuation is that it's a mental health issue).

As I said it is just another minor factor in not caring about the fact he is leaving, the major one being he is prone to clangers.

I'm cheering for the Germans, never liked Rangers. They're going to find Frankfurt quite Eintractable.

Don't remember us looking us this bad since we got relegated

It was amazing because for the last couple of minutes they showed they could play but before that I would say it was one of the worst performances I've watched this year.
