1 Day ml1 to 8 sunday 25th june (a real ML rush)[E]

Will we be meeting in different places for lets say 5 mins inbetween each ml...i'm out in the morning but wanna join aslong as we past ml2 is that possible?

the times are only a guide we will be doing one after another ie from 1.10 straight in to 2.3 and from 2.10 to aerus ect ect

the only time that you or any body else might be able to catch us are at one of the brake points

just a quick reminder to all that if your coming next sunday on your new toons make sure you have spoken to to the arbitor and have done ml1 pre steps ie ml1.1 1.2 1.4 1.5, other wise you will not be able to go in to ml7

rough time layout for raid is somehitng like this but if we start running behind/ahead of time then we we cope

ml1 09:00
ml2 10:30
ml3 11:00
ml4 12:30

after ml4 20min lunch brake

ml5 14:30
ml6 15:30
ml7 17:00

after ml7 20 min tea/coffee brake
ml8 18:30

plz note the these are note fixed times just a guide line if your not in the bg and miss and ml then sorry.

note if you miss any step due to not being in the bg then it tough luck your best bet is to come on the rush from the start:england:

well it can turn out bad if some peepz didn't do ml2 group steps cause you need to be ml2 to get ml3 logic right ? but then you need ml3 to enter ml7 so ... be sure to have done ml2 group steps

you only need to be ml1 to enter ml7 and ml3 to enter ml9

Not a bad start to the raid ran a little behind but with the numbers its not suprising. Greatly fell apart at the end of ML4 so much so im personally leaving it there. Was claimed you would wait a few mins for LDs ect but you didn't meaning many missed credits and are gonna have to re do steps, kinda defying the point of the raid.

I admire your trying dont get me wrong but i wont be going on another one of them you host.

I will not be on another raid like this lead by this person. I and several others will have to do most of it again as we missed credits, and bg leaders ignored or refused to give credit.

midnight and myself are co leading we stiched so she could grant credit and the 200 peeps in the bg for the rest of the raid seem happy if you afk, come on a system that cant haddle 200 peeps in bg then yes your going to lag

As an ex-raid leader myself, leaders are under a lot of stress, especially when BGs are full. I personally always ran on the "greater good" philosophy. If you have a poor computer, or afk and die etc...tough luck, can't waste hundreds of man-hours because someone doesn't have the right computer specs to play the game - sad, but true.

There are a few golden rules of raid leading which I used to live by:

1) Always have a couple of bottles of Merlot by your monitor
2) Always type /afk "PMs Are Off" so you can ignore the people you can't be bothered replying to (or just turn them off anyway)
3) Always have your guild on Teamspeak to keep you sane

Good on anyone leading raids; they're needed.

hmmm ok i went on ml3 for mlexp, so i understand what you guys are speaking about, i feel the problem is a combination of 4 things

• encounters
• leaders
• servers
• and maybe the members

encounters were buged cant help that

the leaders seem inexperianced at leading a raid, and should work up to a 1day ml rush

lots of lag, hard to do things except zerg

and yes the members were a bit out of line asking for cred, spamming and generally not listening, but with the lag i was experiancing i was finding it hard to even move, so i did my best

i respect them for trying but untill they have some experiance under there belt i dont think they/we should continue.
let me say the only other person i know that ran a 1day mlrush was eggy, and i think that was before /grantcred so alot less stress on the leader, also he has done thousands of ml's in the past so he new them inside out, also knowing a a GM did help.
finnally to conclude i dont think biggest ml leader currently would not run a 1 day rush, its 2 much for many people to handle

Lag is just down to your computer tbh, ive had yellow fps lag all throughout the raid so far, but it's still within acceptable limits. ML rushes are always going to bring loads of people together, they're very popular so you have to expect a close to full bg with lag.

Zeus is quite experienced with ml raids too, he knows exactly where he's going etc, so not quite sure why you made that assumption.
