CAMELOT CLASSIC WORLD NOTES

General World Notes

- Numerous terrain updates for the Rilan, Brisworthy and Holmestrand housing zones.

- Art updates on various existing world structures.

- Players should no longer experience lighting oddities in the Vale of Mularn.

- Boat routes have been added to the Midgard realm for the classic zones as part of the underwater upgrade. The boats function similar to the boats available in the frontiers. Dockmasters can be found at Vasudheim, Audliten, Dvalin, Ft. Atla, and Naliten. The dockmasters sell tickets for the following boat routes:

Audliten to Vasudheim
Audliten to Ft. Atla
Vasudheim to Audliten
Vasudheim to Dvalin
Vasudheim to Ft. Atla
Vasudheim to Naliten
Dvalin to Vasudheim
Dvalin to Ft. Atla
Ft. Atla to Vasudheim
Ft. Atla to Audliten
Ft. Atla to Dvalin
Ft. Atla to Naliten
Naliten to Ft. Atla
Naliten to Vasudheim

- Along with tickets to the new boat routes, the dockmasters also sell a new water potion that will work for characters of any level. This will allow players to explore the new underwater content at their lesiure without worrying about drowning (at least for an hour). The effect of the 'standard nereid potion' will last for 60 minutes and the potion has 20 charges.

- New tinderboxes have been added to certain humanoids in the Classic zones. These tinderboxes create campfires that will regenerate your health, endurance and power if you are not in combat. These cannot be used in the Frontier zones. The campfires currently come in five tiers and increase in effectiveness accordingly. Currently they are only on low level humanoids such as bandits for Albion, Blodfelag in Midgard and villainous youth in Hibernia. More will be added as loot throughout the patch cycle.

Quest Notes - General

- The experience rewards for the Child's Play quest was increased slightly and modified to be more in line with the level of the quest.

- The experience rewards for A Hero Desires a Sword quest was increased slightly and modified to be more in line with the level of the quest.

Dungeon Notes - General

- Mini-maps for the Forgotten Sepulchre and Hounds of Arawn have been updated.

TRIALS OF ATLANTIS WORLD NOTES

Item Notes - General

- Moirai will now correctly drop treasure for all three realms.

CATACOMBS WORLD NOTES

Instanced Adventuring Notes

- The Muire lady-in-waiting, in the Steward's Crypt, will no longer BAF with the Maid, Butler or servant guards. The servant guard no longer has an aggression rating but will continue to defend the Maid and Butler as needed.

NEW FRONTIERS WORLD NOTES

- Additional landmark towers have been added to the center island of Leirvik.

- The mini-map for Leirvik has been updated.

- Added hasteners to all levels of the Battlegrounds.

- Several adjustments have been made to the monster camps in Leirvik to make it easier to navigate.

- Several other Pendragon only bugs have been fixed in Leirvik such as doors being too far away, guards falling through keep and tower geometry, etc.

FOUNDATIONS WORLD NOTES

- Horse merchant Pelladir's tickets have been corrected so that they will take the player to the proper destination.

PVP SERVER NOTES

- Fixed an issue with the postern doors at Arvakar Faste so that they work properly on the PVP ruleset.

We waited two weeks for this subpatch.. What a disappointment.

It's 1.83b, btw, not 1.82b. :)

Ah so now the only advantage Clerics had over Druids has been taken away (shears) good job.
And don't say that smite love changes anything because look at the pathetic range of the 210 delve nuke they could just aswell make it 100 range because that would have been practically the same.
And the snare will be like the PBAE mez, resisted 99,99 times from the 100 casts.
Nice try to fix smite line, horridly failed though.

Nice fix for Wizs though with the nearsight and even if they would only be able to get grey NS it's still usefull.

Now works exactly like the end chant, zero power on activation, so twist it away for perma celerity.

if you run in a steady grp, have one spec rejuv/smite and another spec enha/rejuv or could tri spec.

the paladin still suffer from no stoicism, just root him or mezz him, he will have a hard time cathing up with the merc.

also if the paladin is only bger, the merc have to train the tanks to gain the benefit.

¨

So Healers have Stoicism now?

And more correctly:

Albion went to have the best celerity and the best end regen in the game.

I am still looking forward to the Midgard Spec AF on Shamans ...

I'd like to see Clerics kill anything with that pathetic nuke range, casters will kill you long before you can even get in range (can out cast them with stun but the time it takes to get from 1500 to 750 and stun is already practically over) and tanks will blow their BL and insta's or throw their weapon long before you can finish the cast.
I don't see what they want with the smite line.. want us to be a semi caster? then give 1500 range, want us to only be support then give some decent CC.

I'd like to see an AoE interrupt being added like Druid AoE root, doesn't take alot of spec points (4 in nature iirc) and you got a fast casting, low power AoE interrupt.
Now Druids got even more interrupts with the added PBAE root (yes on a 5 minute timer, welcome to what clerics had to endure over 3 years).
They could have done so many good things to fix the smite line and they do this, really really pathetic.

I sure hope there are more changes comming in 1.83C because this is far from 'fixing' Clerics.

This might make a real difference to the way levelling works which will be a nice addition :)

i know smite clerics aint going to kill anything, but if you tri spec like 39enha, 33mend, 17smite and you cleric will have more defence when my aug healer.

and the druid root is on a 10 min reuse timer just as you new snare.

also screw spec AF, i rather want em to change my useless rr5 (hey atleast clerics got a usefull one compared to healers).

Only 1 problem with that spec you miss out on capped d/q, so pointless spec for an active RvR Cleric imo.
Also can't use that PB mez because it will still be resisted (not 99% of the times but still a good 80%) and in group battles you will be giving away free mez immunities combined with the 5 minute reuse timer so you can use it once per battle...

I agree that the Healer rr5 is crap it should be like PR3 (full power/end/Health and no rez sickness).
Ah well they might change the Healer rr5 in the next notes combined with actually adding spells that will make it on people's Qbars for Clerics.
