From a `social` point of view, i have to say there seems a real demographic diff between albs and mids and hibs on the other side.

Albs seem to be able to `at times` keep a substantial part of a zerg going past midnight where mids and hibs seem to be able to bundle their forces earlier in the evening, but with every passing hour seem to lose ground to the albs who can keep more people in the field for much longer.

So in a sense i has become an alb tactic to stretch and cling on to what we have till later hours were it seems we can take over easier. It seems time is certainly on alb side the longer an encounter lasts.

nice analysis on demographics... one small thing though. Other threads point out that you had 100+ in eras and you are here now saying that you 'clung' on to what you had later and later in the evening.... it says it all really.

No matter you do whatever you like you probably like the attention. Then again thats another demographic factor innit?

the frustration these muppets create is quite big though demon.. Im pretty sure those that type generalizing things dont mean it, its just the frustration talking. Albs arent exactly famous for beeing either brave or fairplaying, this has gone on for quite some time too and well, it doesnt do any good for how the other realms view Alb as a whole tbh. This thread is a result of how alb behave as a realm too, not just this single event.

Well i'm frustrated about this behaviur to and how albs are in RvR, I don't like to run in Zergs, i don't like to add, I just play to have fun and get some clean kills. Problem is albion is way to zergy for me but i allways hope this will change.

the latest MRE asyveth had was somewhat of a succes tho to the extent that the majority of the albs didn't go in a craze as soon the saw a fg hibs. This is a improvement imo as those who normally chase actualy listened to raid leader.

Well i know the earlier events to has casued the decline of the alb reputation, I think many albs want this fixed but by theese relic raids instantly make the whole realm of abls, trust me i beleive albion is capable of making a primetime relic raid. I have allways though so to.

Maybe this is just wishfull thinking, but i beleive this is possible. IF i wasn't a so bad raid leader i would in fact try to make MRE myself.

Ok I'll start off by saying I don't like AC/early morning relic raids and have never taken part in one but seriously guys this is a game you'll die of a heart attack if you get this annoyed over a few pixels moving about

The way this game is going its no wonder so many have left and the population has taken a nose dive.

We have rules that you can't attack certain people at certain times as in late night raids,rules where you can't attack others in agramon when their resting,rules where your lame if you add to a fg fight but if that fg run over a soloer its perfectly ok .

Then we have the totally artificial situation that is iRvR where everyone knows exactly where the enemy will be and massive zergs take place because of that.

It seems like no one wants anything in game thats a surprise and not worked out in detail so everyone knows the exact numbers and what will happen in nearly every situation.

Ac/early morning raids will and have always happened and all realms have done them and yes I concede Alb is the worst culprit but come on do you want a free flowing open and 24/7 game that anything can happen at anytime or a server that you can only follow rules and play at certain times ?

Just look at the online numbers and I think you'll see the majority dont want all these set rules etc and because of iRvR and other things many have given up and moved on leaving the stuck in their ways rule makers to prevail

Ok flame away or ignore me I've had my say just dont think everyone wants a rigid way of playing a game if they did they'd play scripted single player rpgs all the time

One thing i would like to had:

1rst of all i helped take the keeps ( pve or not ) because i was tired of having albion has irvr playground, never thought it would lead to a RR. in fact while albs were taking last keep and folowed by relic i was playing mincer looking for fights on DC/nged bridges wich is one of the reasons i find amusing some1 calling me a moron. I just helped escort relic back to albion after they took it.

as for the relic you hibs can take it back as far as im concerned, ofc i wil defend it with hands and nails and everything i have but may the sky fall down on me if i care if you have it back or not i think you guys make too much fuss over a relic thats all

Actually it wasn't planned, i was sat in the BG for retakes from 2000 GMT and not once was relic raid mentioned as a serious idea before i logged off around 01:30.

Believe it or not, couldn't give a crap - if mids/hibs had never done a keeptake/relic raid at 4am before i'd be feeling some guilt at helping. As it stands, the hypocrisy of most of those complaining is comical.

keeptake is one thing, it is easy to fix and doesnt make anything unbalanced in any way at all, its lame to take em during night and nobody says anything else really, but those that do it. Relic otoh makes it pretty darn shite since they are unbalancing and it doesnt help when idiots go and take them when there is absolutely no defense. The playstyle of 10-15 people shouldnt affect 1200 but it does, that is the reason most object and get annoyed I think. You simply cannot compare the two.

Another thing, for a very very very long time albs have pved relics what, 3-4 times or more? Mids once with atos ACraid and hibs took that one back during night too since it was lamely taken in the first place, mind me asking, who are these hypocrits you really speak about when it comes to relics? Afaik, there arent any. Its albs who do this and they keep doing it, despite that they know the effects of it and they also know how a large majority of the community feel about it, its pure idiocy. Hell when even albs say: Im ashamed to be an alb, one could think that it would send out a signal that perhaps it is a bad idea, but nono.. the ones doing it just have to do it, one can assume they want attention or perhaps just are purely stupid and enjoy to destroy things for others. Id suggest that making a good grp and get good at RvR is a better way to get attention instead of PVEing relics when nobody is home.

Each to their own and they pay their subs etc yada yada.. I dont really give a shit, in my eyes they are shitplayers with a shitattitude and a shitty way of playing, end of story.
