zerg is the way ahead

I don't like zerg, but sometimes it would be fun, if you could fight in epic scale battle and not just at RR. But RR is also rare.

It's not about zergpolice and not about rvr guilds

its about environment.

People play camlann because they like hardcore pvp
People play roleplaying servers because they like roleplaying
People play certain servers because it has the most players on it

Some people like zerging and they should play on servers where zerging is considered normal , is encouraged or maybe even not "whined" upon.

If you (the general you) like medium and large scale battles, it's your good right, but look for a suitable environment to do so and not change the environment to your wishes.

However, Judging the community on #daoc.prydwen ,other irc channels, and these forums,it seems that most people do NOT like zergs .

How large part of the community do you think voice their opinion? I'm guessing 10-20%. And you are basing a decision on those numbers. It still doesn't matter however, you are telling people that like zerging that they can't, and that's not a decision that is up to you to make. And it doesn't matter what server it is. Until Mythic says that zerging is against CoC, or Goa is declaring Prydwen a non-zerging server you are wrong, it's as easy as that.

That's the same mythic/goa that says that spamming lul wasn't bug exploiting, the same that don't enforce their naming policy and the same mythic/goa that endorse the use of buffbots ?

The CoC is holy and shall never be broken? pu-lease there's more coc breaches every day then children dying in the world.

You can tell me off as much as you want but i'll stick to my opinion, if you want to zerg, zerg somewhere where people like you to zerg

In the end of the day people pay to play how they want.. kinda sucks that they will normaly just end up in emain but that is how it goes.

I think the point, certainly the one I was making, is that 'medium and large scale battles' are what the Game's owners/designers want. In that case DAOC is a suitable environment.

I don't like being steamrollered by zergs anymore than anyone else, but I am also a realist. If zergs are what Mythic want, then I either adapt or find another game.
