To achieve yum irl, here's what you need to do
- Make an italian salad of
a) Spinach
b) 2 Tomatoes
c) 1/5 Cucumber
d) 1 Red union
e) Some olives (6-10)
f) Some fetta cheese (Depending on how large the pieces are, i used 10-12 piece of 1cm square each)
You dont want to be using too much Spinach, a handfull twice (one for each plate etc).
- Toss it thru and put it on two plates, then put em away.
- Mix quite a bit of olive oil (1/8 litre more or less), quite a bit of garlic (crush two of them parts) and peper and salt.
- Use some of this as a dressing for the salads, just poor it over them.
- Put fresh oregano on top of the salads.
- Get two well sized tuna steaks, not the one's in the cans FYI, they look like steaks and you shud treat em like steaks.
- Use one of those lil brush things to pour the olive oil mix over them pieces of tuna, on both sides (doh).
- Grill the tuna on a grill thats already hot before u put em on it. Dont grill tuna too long, medium grilled is the max, so lets say, 1,5 min each side. It should look brown/white-ish.
- Put the grilled tuna on top of the salad, pour whats left of the olive oil mix on top of it.
- Put very thin sliced red paprika and some oregano on top of the tuna.
Congratulations, you have achieved teh yum irl.
