ok sorry, let me rephrase that
its a cabinet for keeping things in, personal items, etc, theres nothing of interest in there
its not a "hospital cabinet" likely to contain drugs, or anything more substanstial

its deserted, you can see a few small buildings, one of which is a shop
its early afternoon, and its overcast
