itcheh goes down, dead
nate, badly wounded, turns and shoots raven, killing him
then collapses, dead

as this is going on, poag runs over and smashes uara in the face, knocking him out
poag also recovers nates gun

You guys....just...evil...must all die, only way to be safe...kill...everyone else....safe.....safe


Step on Uaras throat

Shoot Cal.

Police weapons and ammo...walk off into sunset.....maybe...

you were all normal, except cal who was blind and a touch-seer, had to actually body contact someone to get a good/bad reading

toht went off on his own , alone, went mental.
he was killed, nate was alone with him, it transfered to nate.
when nate died it moved into poag, and thats the end

Fun game, though at times hard to know what was going on

yea i was trying to avoid hand-holding to see how people reacted
plus it did drag a bit, due to various people, including me, having to miss a few days, especially noticeable when there was something that had to be resolved

So, there was only ever going to be one winner due to this 'madness' passing from one person to another? Kind of like the demon in that Denzel Washington film "Fallen"?

Questions ...

If Nate was mad, then why didn't he turn on Uara?

What was the relevance of:

• The mist
• The lack of population
• Dead body in the first room
• The safe

The by-line i got was "If you are alone with anyone you have to attack them"


Nate was alone or with Cal and uara at the same time....thus no murdering...


Question tho, what would have happened if Toht hadn't gone out on his own? Would everyone have stayed sane?

if you were alone with someone you HAD to kill them, otherwise its was optional, yes

and in theory poag, yes, if nobody had ever gone out alone, it might not have kicked off, but ive never seen one of these forum games not have someone go solo sooner or later

the mist ? it was hiding/carrying the "infection" till it struck someone. it was meant to discourage people from wandering around in the dark, stay together and inside
lack of population.. who knows ? didnt want random NPCs , nothing sinister per-se, make sure you looked at each other rather than random other person
deadbody was, er, whoever quit ? fettoken i think
the safe had something in it

I had like 6 shells with tohts shotty and my bat and you were all here so thought..fuck it, a mental person would do this I wanted to get back to the church without raising suspicion against me so caught up with uara and cal and then casually suggested we go back.

The thing I told you two about Raven was bullshit btw

it was a bit abstract, but i wanted people to draw conclusions/assumptions rather than be plot led

What did you tell them about Raven?


We'd (Itcheh and I) had put people into 3 camps.

'Us' we'd been together since the start and never out fo each others view..unless you count the time itched was in the closet
'unknown' was Raven, as he was with us most of the time but was 'alone' after we left the sherrifs

'Enemy' which had Nate Uara and Cal in it....Cal as "hes blind" was too specific for there not to be something special about him, and usually special = deadly



We were going to try and keep Cal Uara and Raven alive, and just put down Nate as he had the shotgun...then we could interrogate people properly as we had all the guns.

If we'd killed Nate and noone else had died, would it still have transferred into me? as i wouldn't have been alone (as Uara was unconcious and Cal couldn't see)

What was in the safe then ?!?!

I enjoyed that - it definitely had an air of menace and paranoia - sometimes less is more!

Yeah good game. Shame about the bits that dragged but sometimes these things can't be helped. We were heading back to the church although we had no idea about what we were going to do apart from explain what had happened. Nate told us about toht mumbling stuff about raven (which was bullshit). Although we were thinking at the time that was toht trying to muddy the water.

dont know what was in the safe, i had a randomised "loot list" for want of better expression

I thought it dragged far too much and not a lot happened, everywhere we went was empty until the last part and by then there was no real time to do anything. I had a sort of end plan, counting in the pace of the game but the game seems to have gone into fast forward today.

 

[Scouse]

I'm with raven I'm afraid. These games need like a 24-hour tick. If you're about, then you can perform actions, if you're not then you've missed out.

Other than that I enjoyed it.
